At KYUSHU MARCHE・UmaUma,
our representative—who truly understands fish—personally visits the markets,
carefully assessing each day’s catch
and selecting only the finest fish in peak condition.
All ingredients used are sashimi-grade, wild-caught fish.
We never use discarded materials or so-called “pet-grade” ingredients
commonly found in low-cost pet foods.
Only ingredients that we ourselves would feel safe eating
are carefully chosen.
No preservatives, colorings, or thickening agents are used.
Respecting the natural aroma and flavor of each ingredient,
every treat is carefully prepared by hand.
All products are made to order
and delivered fresh, just as they are finished.
